Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the FastScene website, desktop application and related account, licensing, download, update and payment services. By using FastScene, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for using an accurate Google account, protecting access to your devices and notifying us if you believe your account or license has been compromised.

A FastScene license is attached to the Google account used during checkout and may not be resold, shared or transferred without our written permission.

The FastScene trial currently includes five successful video exports and may apply a FastScene watermark or limit selected Pro features. We may adjust trial limits for new users, but changes will not convert a trial into a paid plan without your consent.

FastScene Pro is available as a one-time payment for either 30 days or 12 months of access and may be activated on one device unless checkout states otherwise. It includes the Pro features and updates offered during the license period.

When access expires, you can renew from FastScene by choosing a new monthly or yearly plan. Prices, taxes, supported payment methods and included features are shown before checkout.

Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. You authorize us and that provider to process the displayed amount and use transaction information to activate and support your license.

Refund requests are handled according to the refund terms shown at purchase and applicable consumer law. Contact https://m.me/fastscene with your order code and the Google account used for checkout.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use FastScene for lawful personal or business video production during your trial or license period.

• Do not bypass export, watermark, device, account or license controls.
• Do not copy, resell, sublicense or distribute FastScene or its local engine except as expressly permitted.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use FastScene to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or platform policies.
• Do not interfere with FastScene infrastructure, authentication, payments, updates or other users.

You retain ownership of content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for scripts, images, audio, logos, presenters and other materials you use, and for videos you publish.

FastScene does not claim ownership of project files processed locally on your device.

Optional voice, publishing, payment, authentication and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Their availability, prices and results are outside our control. You are responsible for third-party credentials, charges and policy compliance.

FastScene may download a local engine and signed updates. Updates can add, modify or remove features for security, compatibility or product improvement. Internet access may be required for sign-in, activation, downloads, updates, payments and connected services.

FastScene may be offered as a beta or evolving product. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

FastScene, its software, design, branding, documentation and included assets are owned by FastScene or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of FastScene to you.

To the extent permitted by law, FastScene is provided on an ‘as available’ basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for reviewing exported content and backing up important files.

To the extent permitted by law, FastScene will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or business opportunity. Nothing limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security risks, non-payment or material violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date here.
