Privacy Policy

FastScene is a local-first desktop application for creating vertical videos. This policy applies to the FastScene website, desktop application, account, licensing, payment and update services.

We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide and protect FastScene.

• Google account information: your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier when you choose Continue with Google. FastScene never receives your Google password.
• Account and license information: your FastScene user ID, plan, license period, device activations and entitlement status.
• Payment information: order code, amount, currency and payment status. PayOS or the provider shown at checkout processes the payment; FastScene does not store full bank or card credentials.
• Technical information: application version, operating system, update and download requests, IP address and basic request logs processed by our hosting, storage and security providers.
• Support information: messages and files you voluntarily send when requesting help.

FastScene is designed to process project files, scripts, images, audio and rendered videos on your device. These project files are not uploaded to FastScene servers by default.

If you choose a third-party voice, publishing or connected service, the information required for that action is sent to that provider only at your direction and is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

We use collected information to:

• authenticate your account and keep your session secure;
• attach purchases and licenses to the correct account;
• process and verify payments and prevent fraud;
• deliver installers, the local video engine and signed application updates;
• provide support, maintain reliability and investigate abuse;
• comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

FastScene requests only basic Google identity data needed to create and authenticate your account. We use it to sign you in, identify your license and associate purchases with the correct account.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We do not transfer Google user data except to service providers acting for us, to provide a feature you request, when legally required, or with your consent.

We use Google for authentication, Supabase for account and entitlement infrastructure, PayOS for checkout and payment confirmation, Vercel for website hosting, and Cloudflare R2 for installer, engine and update delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and data-protection commitments.

We retain account and license records while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Transaction records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, tax and accounting requirements. Local project files remain on your device until you delete them.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it unless a longer retention period is legally required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Authentication is handled through Google and Supabase, signed metadata protects application updates, and supported desktop systems store long-lived login credentials in the operating system credential store. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can sign out, revoke FastScene's access from your Google Account, and delete local projects at any time. You may request access, correction or deletion of account information through https://m.me/fastscene. We may retain limited transaction records where required by law.

FastScene is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot lawfully consent to use the service.
